All class mates and their guests will be required to pay either in advance or at the door. This is not dependant on the time of reception that they arrive. If their names do not appear on the paid guest list and they refuse to pay admission they will not be allowed in the facility.
A deposit of one-half the basic package is necessary for The Lodge to hold the date and time. The balance of the package price is to be paid at least two weeks prior to the scheduled event date. A fee of $250 of the deposit will be retained if your event is canceled. All package prices are subject to sales tax.
