Included with every Reception Package:
Our staff elegantly decorates your Registry Table, Gift Table, Cake Tables and Punch table. A wedding cake and groom’s cake is designed to serve every guest. The Lodge provides coffee and punch, cake knives, and toasting glasses for your decorated tables. Also included with your package are mints, deluxe nuts and your choice of personalized napkins. Appropriate number of tables with linens and chairs will be included for your guests.
A beautiful presentation for your food table to include seasonal fruits, a display of assorted cheeses, fresh vegetables complimented with assorted wafers and dips. Served with the appropriate China plates, cups, glassware, and flatware. Professional D.J. Service and a dance area will be provided for the reception. Instructional parking staff, uniformed wait staff and clean up staff are included in your 3 hour reception.

A deposit of one-half the basic package is necessary for The Lodge to hold the date and time. The balance of the package price is to be paid at least two weeks prior to the scheduled event date. A fee of $500 of the deposit will be retained if your event is canceled. All package prices are subject to sales tax.
Invoice prices are determined prior to your event from client’s numbers for expected guests. Additional guests will be charged at 150% of the selected package size per person rate.
