A deposit of one-half the basic package is necessary for The Lodge to hold the date and time. The balance of the package price is to be paid at least two weeks prior to the scheduled event date. A fee of $250 of the deposit will be retained if your event is canceled. All package prices are subject to sales tax.
Invoice prices are determined prior to your event from client’s numbers for expected guests. Additional guests will be charged at 150% of the selected package size per person rate.
