A Ceremony at The Lodge:

The traditional romance of The Lodge provides a lovely setting for your Indoor or Outdoor Wedding throughout the year.

A Traditional Wedding Includes:

Our Staff beautifully decorates inside and out with seasonal flowers, greenery, and white lights. Your selections of pedestals, columns, and balustrades create the perfect background for your wedding ceremony.

Choose from our six beautiful outdoor settings or two inside wedding setting for your ceremony.

Your flowers include the Bride’s bouquet, bride’s throwaway bouquet and one Attendant’s Bouquet. Boutonnieres for the Groom and Best Man, and two Long Stemmed Roses for your Mothers.

One-hour rehearsals are to be held as scheduled by our special event coordinator. A planning and coordination session of up to two hours to plan the details of your wedding and reception. We invite the bride and her party to enter the bride’s room for dressing one hour prior to the ceremony.

Traditional wedding music is included for the ceremony along with your music selections. Our professional D.J. will work with your singers or musicians for the special songs that you select for your ceremony.

Included with every Reception Package:

Our staff elegantly decorates your Registry Table, Gift Table, Cake Tables and Punch table. A wedding cake and groom’s cake is designed to serve every guest. The Lodge provides coffee and punch, cake knives, and toasting glasses for your decorated tables. Also included with your package are mints, deluxe nuts and your choice of personalized napkins. Appropriate number of tables with linens and chairs will be included for your guests.

A beautiful presentation for your food table to include seasonal fruits, a display of assorted cheeses, fresh vegetables complimented with assorted wafers and dips. Served with the appropriate China plates, cups, glassware, and flatware. Professional D.J. Service and a dance area will be provided for the reception. Instructional parking staff, uniformed wait staff and clean up staff are included in your 4 hour wedding and reception.

Gold Package

Includes Our Traditional Wedding & Reception Plus:

One Main Entrée, two hot Hor d´oeuvres and two cold Hor d´oeuvres
which you choose from the Entrée and Hor d´oeuvres menus

A´ La Carte Menu

A deposit of one-half the basic package is necessary for The Lodge to hold the date and time. The balance of the package price is to be paid at least two weeks prior to the scheduled event date. A fee of $500 of the deposit will be retained if your event is canceled. All package prices are subject to sales tax.

Invoice prices are determined prior to your event from client’s numbers for expected guests. Additional guests will be charged at 150% of the selected package size per person rate.
